What is the process of being matched with a Coach?
You will be asked to share a brief description of your company. Once that information is received, you will set up a 15-minute call with a member of our team to discuss the best coaching option for your company. The next step is to be introduced to a Certified Scaling Up Coach to interview. Once the interview process is complete, the coach will provide a growth plan.
Is a coaching engagement held virtually or in-person?
Both! Our coaches are able to deliver engagements both in person and virtually.

How long does it take to complete Certification?
We find the average coach completes certification in 4 to 6 months. The timeline for completion is based on the amount of time each week you are available to dedicate to the process, as well as your previous experience and expertise.
